1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the dior888 platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

dior888 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of dior888 is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be the registered account holder and acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party.

dior888 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the dior888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify dior888 promptly of any changes.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, dior888 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with our KYC obligations. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad or valid passport) and, where applicable, proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until the verification process is satisfactorily completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. dior888 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account details. Any suspicious or unauthorised account activity must be reported to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

dior888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT (TRC-20).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified accounts processed via Touch n Go eWallet or Boost are typically completed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dior888 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing bonuses or limits.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other artificial means to interact with games or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any action that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Allowing or facilitating use of your dior888 account by any third party, including minors.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

dior888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• The account holder has failed to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the account holder, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder via their last verified payment method after the completion of any necessary compliance checks.

9. Responsible Gaming

dior888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dior888, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or platform downtime. dior888's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dior888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
